Jack Milner: Justin Snaith’s yard has hit top form again, with two Grade 1 wins under his belt in the last 10 days.

He bagged the Grade 1 Woolavington 2000 with Silver Darling the previous weekend and this weekend saw brilliant filly Captain’s Ransom claim the Grade 1 SA Fillies Sprint at Scottsville last Saturday.

Snaith has not been shy to test Queen Of Shadows against the best of her age group, running her against Chansonette in the Grade 1 Cape Fillies Guineas and then last month put her in the KZN Fillies Guineas win by Under Your Spell.

Those two races proved too tough for her, but she should appreciate the drop of class and distance at Hollywoodbets Greyville on Monday when she lines up in Race 6, a MR 94 Handicap for fillies and mares over 1200m on the Polytrack.

The daughter of Vercingetorix is drawn well enough and has the services of Richard Fourie, and on a day of competitive racing, she could be the best banker on the day. She certainly provides good value as she has been priced up at a decent price of 4-1.

I Like It Hot can get bettors off to a good start in Race 1, a Maiden Juvenile Plate for fillies over 1000m. She must be doing good things at home as she came in for solid betting support on debut, even though she drew badly.
