Norman Deetlefs was awarded the Gauteng Owner of the Week when his four year old filly, who he
also bred, Britannia Queen, (Great Britain (GB) – Bongo Muffin by Sportsworld (USA)) won a Maiden
Plate over 1200 metres at Vaal Racecourse on 15 August. Britannia Queen who has been placed
previously, is from the Brett Webber stable and was ridden by Jockey Ryan Munger.
