Good win for Days of Thunder

Days of Thunder started out favourite in a Maiden Plate over 1200 metres at Fairview on 19 April and did not disappoint earning Justin Turner and Mrs ER Joell the EC Owners of the Week Award. The four year old gelding finished 2nd in his previous race and was well ridden to victory by Jockey L Mxothwa. Days of Thunrder is from the George Uren stable and was bred by Mrs P Lowe – Gimmethegreenlight (Aus) – Tafra (Aus) by Redoute’s Choice (Aus).
