Back to Back Victories for Divine Odyssey

The partnership including Messrs JF and LMF Wernars, BR Binnie, C Gordon, Estate Late Mr MC Gerber and Janse van Vuuren were granted the RA Owners of the Week after Divine Odyssey won the Drum Star in his previous start and the R400k Grade 2 Colorado King Stakes over 2000 metres at Turffontein on 6 April. The four year old gelding with Jockey C Habib in the saddle beat the favourite by 3 lengths. Divine Odyssey was also bred by Laurence Wernars – Oratorio (Ire) – Divine Right by Dynasty.
