Last season’s Horse Of The Year Oh Susanna has been installed a 6-10 favourite  for when she makes her eagerly awaited reappearance at Kenilworth this Thursday.

The four-year-old daughter of Street Cry is set to be opposed by just seven rivals, when she lines up in a pinnacle stakes over 1600m on Kenilworth’s winter course and, at the weights, should be too classy for her opposition.

Fellow Equus Champion Lady In Black has yet to defeat Oh Susanna but the four-year-old daughter of Dynasty has been installed the easy to back 9-2 second choice for Wednesday’s contest.

Progressive Horse Chestnut mare Brave Move, a winner of her last six races in a row is an 11-2 shot, while the Dean Kannemeyer trained unbeaten Hashtagyolo is a 7-1 hope, according to World Sports Betting.

Bred and owned by Drakenstein Stud, Oh Susanna was named Horse Of The Year, Champion 3YO Filly and Champion Middle Distance Horse for 2017-2018 , after winning three of six outings last season, with her three race winning streak featuring the G1 Cartier Paddock Stakes, G1 Sun Met and G1 Woolavington 2000.

She is making her four-year-old debut this Thursday with Oh Susanna not having raced since landing the Woolavington 2000 back in June.
