Steady Breeze wins in the Windy City

RA Member Mike de Haast’s two year our filly Steady Breeze (owned in partnership with trainer GD Smith) won a Juvenile Plate over 1200 metres at Fairview on 5 April to earn him the EC Owner of the Week Award. This was the filly’s second start; she was ridden by Apprentice J Mphanya and started out at 28-1. The breeder is Mr DGM Southey – Lateral (GB) – Chinook by Windrish.
